1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- First, ensure the item remains unused, in its original condition, and includes the original packaging.
- Additionally, return all accessories, manuals, or additional items that came with the product.
- Lastly, provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, or email confirmation).
However, final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrectly described.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to start a return:

- Wait for Approval: After we review your request, we will respond within 2 business days with detailed return instructions.
Above all, do not send back items before receiving these instructions.

- Generally, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or misrepresented.
- For added security, use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance.
- Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
